Gakuen Alice episode 22

The secrets to Mr. Bear are finally revealed! It’s been a while since we’ve seen Mr. Bear, so that made me really happy. I never actually took the time to really think about how he ever came to be alive, but that was all answered in this episode! Turns out, he was made by a student in the school who has an Alice, which allows him to make plushies (stuffed animals or whatever you want to call them) come to life. Though, bringing something to life seems to have a price, which is that every time he brings a plushie to life his own life span shortens. Mikan heard this all Tsubasa who has been trying to stop the guy from making anymore for a long time because he fears that the guy might die, but the guy still doesn’t listen and continues to make the plushies for all his “fan-girls”, which doesn’t really make sense to me because why would all the girls be over him when Tsubasa was in the same room? How can someone resist his beautiful charm?😀 Anyway, while Mikan is worrying over the guy who I obviously forgot his name, Mr. Bear is trying to get the attention of his creator who he loves so much, which is really cute to see a nice side of him. Natsume doesn’t get much screen time in this episode, but when we actually see him, Mikan gets thinking again about his lifespan and how it may be shortened…

It wasn’t a great episode, but it wasn’t exactly bad either. Not much of an advanced plot, but this series doesn’t really have much of a plot to begin with. The episode was entertaining in the least and it also had Mr. Bear which is always a plus, the story wasn’t that bad either. I didn’t notice much about the next episode except it seems like they are wearing weird outfits and something about a circus. By weird outfits I mean weird in the sense that it was all in black from what I saw not circus like.

  2. Almost cried in this episode😦

  3. It was a pretty tragic story; thinking back on it now, it’s kind of sad that the guy was going to die….
